Our hearts go out to all affected by yesterday’s tragedy in Orlando. Wising solace to the loved ones of the victims, the survivors, the first responders, and to all those whose belief in humanity is understandably rattled by these acts of violence.
At times like this, it may not feel like we peacebuilding folks are making a difference. We are. According to an African proverb (which I’ve also found in a fortune cookie), the spiders united can trap the lion. We’ve gotta keep weaving that web.
